At Bike New York, I served as the Communications Specialist across web, email, social media, and event communications for a citywide nonprofit. I brought in strategic frameworks I developed while earning a social media certificate — including a persona map and content strategy deck — and adapted them into practical tools to guide our voice, audience targeting, and platform priorities.

I also created an influencer best practices guide (available in redacted form), ran multi-channel campaigns for Giving Tuesday and community events, and led lifecycle email communications for 240K+ subscribers. One standout moment: designing the email + landing page for Giving Tuesday, which helped raise over $25K in a single campaign.

Another favorite? Co-creating our Black History Month blog post — from initial outline to AI-assisted drafting, graphics, and final copy — all with a two-person comms team.
