Hi, I'm Nane!

First-Gen Latina, Wholehearted-Certified Coach, and Someone Who Knows What It's Like to "Make It" and Still Feel Lost.

I'm a coach, podcaster, and soft disruptor who helps first-gen, high-achieving women—especially of the global majority—navigate the gap between the life they built and the life they actually want.

Because you didn't work this hard to hate your life. I get what it's like to achieve everything you said you would and still feel exhausted, disillusioned, and stuck. To be the "resourceful one" everyone counts on while secretly wondering if this is really it.

My work blends trauma-aware coaching with spiritual strategy—because sometimes the answer is to hustle (when it's aligned), and sometimes the most strategic thing you can do is stop.

I don't do toxic positivity. I don't pretend oppression doesn't exist. I don't offer blueprints that bypass your lived experience.

What I do offer: A space where your intensity isn't "too much." Where changing your mind isn't failure. Where you can be messy, strategic, ambitious, and exhausted all at once—and still worthy of transformation.

What Drives My Coaching Work

1

The Why

I created these spaces because I've lived the cost of resourcefulness.

As a first-gen daughter of immigrants, I learned early: be capable, figure it out, don't be a burden. That resourcefulness got me far—college degree, good job, the life I was "supposed" to want.

But it also kept me performing, code-switching, and molding myself to fit what everyone else needed. Until I hit a wall. Burnt out. Disillusioned. Wondering: "I did everything right—so why does this feel so wrong?"

The work I do now is the work I needed then: A space to stop performing and start choosing.

To pivot the survival skills that got me here into the strategic clarity that gets me where I actually want to go.

2

The Mission

To help first-gen, high-achieving women—especially of the global majority—pivot the resourcefulness that got them here into a life they actually choose.

Not just "set boundaries" (though we do that).

Not just "find balance" (that's not real anyway).

But to actually redesign their relationship with ambition, rest, family expectations, and what success means—on their terms, not society's.

To create space where their intensity isn't "too much," where changing their mind isn't failure, and where they can be both strategic AND spiritual without apology.

3

The Vision

I'm building toward a world where first-gen high-achievers don't have to choose between honoring their family's sacrifice and honoring their own needs.

Where "making it" doesn't mean burning out.

Where coaching isn't gatekept behind $5K price tags, and transformation isn't reserved for people who can afford to pay full price.

Where we stop glorifying the grind and start honoring the spiral—because growth isn't linear, and sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is rest.

Through trauma-aware coaching, accessible pricing, and honest storytelling, I'm here to help more of us free our genies—and remember that we were never too much. We were just never meant to settle.

What Drives My Marketing Work

1

The Why

I’ve always been obsessed with what makes something land.

As a first-gen Latina, I learned early how to translate between worlds—family vs. American culture, corporate speak vs. community language, survival mode vs. strategic thinking.

Now, I use that lens to help brands bridge the gap between what they're trying to say and what their audience actually hears.

2

The Mission

To help mission-driven brands clarify their message, tell stories that land, and create content at the intersection of what they want to say and what their audience actually craves—not just what algorithms reward.

3

The Vision

I’m dreaming of a marketing world that’s less manipulative and more meaningful.

One where strategy feels soulful, insights lead to impact, and the best brands don’t just make noise—they make people feel seen.
