The Short Version

I take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information I collect, why I collect it, how I use it, and your rights regarding your data. I don't sell your information to anyone. Ever.

What Information I Collect

Information You Give Me Directly:

Contact forms: Name, email, phone number, message, and any other details you choose to share
Intake forms: Information you provide when starting coaching (collected via Google Forms, migrating to Wix)
Email list: Email address when you subscribe to my newsletter (managed through Mailchimp)
Payment information: Billing details when you purchase coaching packages, consulting services, digital products, or program memberships (processed through Stripe and Wix Payments—I don't store your full credit card info)
Testimonials: Feedback you provide (currently via Google Forms, migrating to Wix)
Session notes and recordings: Notes from our coaching sessions and recordings captured with your explicit verbal and written consent (stored via Fathom). You can request access to session summaries and notes at any time.

Information Collected Automatically:

Analytics: I use Google Analytics to understand how people use my website (pages visited, time on site, etc.). This helps me improve your experience.
Cookies and tracking: My site may use cookies for functionality and, in the future, advertising pixels (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel) to show relevant content. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

How I Use Your Information

I use your data to:

Respond to your inquiries and schedule coaching sessions
Provide coaching services, including session preparation and follow-up
Send you coaching resources, program updates, and occasional newsletters
Process payments for services and products
Improve my website and services
Send you information about new offers (you can opt out anytime)
Train and improve my coaching practice (via session recordings with your consent)

Who I Share Your Information With

I work with trusted third-party services to run my business. Your information may be shared with:

Mailchimp (email marketing)
Google (forms, calendar, analytics)
Stripe and Wix Payments (payment processing)
Fathom (session recording and transcription with your consent)

I also use Notion and ClickUp for internal project management, but these are not client-facing tools.

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Session Recordings

I record coaching sessions using Fathom with your explicit verbal consent at the beginning of each session and written consent via intake forms. These recordings are used solely for:

My own training and professional development
Providing you with session notes and summaries upon request

Recordings are stored indefinitely on Fathom's secure servers for training purposes. I will never use session recordings for marketing, promotional materials, or any public purpose without your separate, explicit written consent.

You have the right to:

Decline recording at any time
Request deletion of your recordings
Request access to your session notes and summaries

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information I have about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
Delete your information (with some exceptions for legal or business purposes)
Opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email
Withdraw consent for session recordings at any time

California Residents (CCPA)

If you're a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Right to Know: You can request details about the personal information I've collected about you in the past 12 months
Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information (with some exceptions)
Right to Opt-Out: You can opt out of the "sale" of your personal information (which I don't do anyway)
Right to Non-Discrimination: I won't discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

Data Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

My services are not intended for anyone under 18. I don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe I've collected data from a minor, please contact me immediately.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy from time to time. I'll post the updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. If I make significant changes, I'll notify you via email.
