Ferrari EV Strategy Case Study

Project Type

Academic Presentation, Brand Strategy, Finance Case Study

Location

NYU SPS — Finance for Marketing Decisions

Date

September 2025

Role

Presenter, Strategist, Presentation Designer

A 10-minute investor-style presentation developed for Finance for Marketing Decisions at NYU, analyzing Ferrari’s market position, brand equity, and approach to electrification. I built a strategic narrative arc to distill a 19-page case study into a clear, compelling pitch — balancing financial insights with brand storytelling. This project tackled the challenge of translating complex luxury-market dynamics into a format that felt both informative and emotionally resonant.

Highlights:
📊 Used Ferrari’s financials and competitor benchmarks (Aston Martin, Porsche) to support the company’s slow-growth EV strategy
💡 Offered strategic recommendations beyond the original case, balancing performance, exclusivity, and long-term brand equity
🧭 Built a structured narrative to make a complex case feel accessible — helping the audience grasp Ferrari’s brand DNA, legacy business model, and financial stakes without being overwhelmed
📚 Transitioned from a dense written report into a polished, investor-style slide deck and live pitch
